The Center guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of effective fulfillment of orders, contracts and other obligations that the Center considers mandatory. If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the copyright holder, distributor or reseller in order to register the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. The Center guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor or seller of the software will protect personal data under conditions similar to those specified in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.
This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, postal address for delivery of orders, contact phone number, payment information. The consent is valid for an unlimited period. This consent can be withdrawn at any time at: Tashkent city, Taras Shevchenko str., 20, sign "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
Please note that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data will lead to the deletion of your account from the Internet site (https://csec.uz), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in the Center's personal data processing systems, which may make it impossible to use the Center's Internet services.
I guarantee that the information provided is complete, correct and reliable, and that the provision of information does not violate the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
